2. Using Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that breaks any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, fraudulent, or infringes another person's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or its systems
• Use the site to send unsolicited communications or spam

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site if these terms are breached.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We will confirm receipt of your order by email, but this does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation.

We may decline an order at any time before dispatch — for example, if a product is out of stock or if there is a pricing error. If we decline your order, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has been taken.

4. Pricing and Payment

The prices shown on our website are in US Dollars and does not include VAT and any other taxes unless otherwise stated. You may switch the currency to your desired currency by using the currency switcher at the top of the page to see the conversion in your local currency. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but if we identify an error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible. For customers within the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, we will reach out to you before delivery to make arrangements and for customers in the United States, delivery may take from anywhere between 2 weeks to about 8 weeks to receive your order depending on customs processing times once it arrives in the U.S. USPS usually makes the final delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will keep you informed where possible.

6. Your Right to Cancel

As a customer in St.Kitts and Nevis, you have the right to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing the order as we try to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Once we have reached out to you to make delivery arrangements and the order is already in transit we cannot accept cancellations/ of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

As a customer in the United States, if you have placed an order after 4 p.m, you have the right to cancel the order before 7 a.m the next day and if you have placed an order between 8 a.m to 4 p.m you have the right to cancel the order within 3 hours of placing that order.

7. Returns and Refunds

At Olive Grace Designs we inspect our items before delivery. However, If your order arrives damaged, faultyplease contact us at [email protected] or cwhatsapp us at 869-663-2299 as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement as we do not accept refunds.

For general returns (where the item is not faulty), items must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 3 days of receipt {St.Kitts and Nevis} and for customers in the United States, you will be required to show pictures or videos of damage and once we have agreed to replace the item shipping costs may be your responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to OLIVE GRACE DESIGNS or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our prior written consent.

9. Our Liability

We are responsible to you for foreseeable losses that result directly from us breaking these terms or being negligent. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or that arise from events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it carefully.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on our website. Your continued use of the site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
